Why aren't you supposed to shake the Clear Care contact lens case?

The box of Clear Care solution says DO NOT SHAKE, but of course I read that after I shook the case. Why aren't you supposed to shake it? I won't do it again, I am just wondering if they are safe to put in my eyes now and what the shaking does to the lens or solution.Why aren't you supposed to shake the Clear Care contact lens case?
The Clear Care solution, like most lens care solutions, is designed to work gradually but continuously for a few hours, until the protein stuck on the lenses is removed and the lenses disinfected. When you shake a solution you speed up the chemical processes and make the solution react with itself instead of with the lenses.





Btw, it's a great lense solution.
