I have clear contacts but would like to get colored contacts, would I have to get refitted?

As long as you stay with the same brand, I don't think you will have to be refitted. I have ordered different colors off of 1-800-Contacts within the same brand with no problems. If you order them from somewhere else, they will call your eye doctor's office to confirm your prescription. If you order them directly from your eye doctor's office, I'm sure they would tell you if you needed to be refitted.I have clear contacts but would like to get colored contacts, would I have to get refitted?
If you know your size, hardness, etc, no. If you don't know, but your contacts still fit fine, the doctor will know that information. You may need to get an exam first though, it depends on your state's laws. Yes, the fitting of the lenses is imporant for the eye. Do check again with the eye doc
the eye doctor should have all of your measurements if you back to the same place. you just have to try on the color you want and order them.
