Empty contact search bar /clear messenger list?

How can I clear out old names from my contact search bar pull down list (peoples names with in the last month that haved IM me )Empty contact search bar /clear messenger list?

This is a very good link and will explain how to do it in detail. I wish yahoo made it easier to clear that list but when have they made anything easy :P
