How do i clear an em address in outlook,, i delted contact but it still comes back?

this is terribly frustrating - how do i clear a em address that i used once in an em. somehow outlook just keeps remembering this em address, when i type the person name,, auto fill of address and it is not in my outlook contacts. i right click delted it but it still does not go away. this must be some kind of secret thing that the ms programs put it to totally frustate dumb boo users like me?? thanks in advanceHow do i clear an em address in outlook,, i delted contact but it still comes back?
Have you deleted (not delted) the email itself? Outlook remembers this if the message still exists in your inbox, or even in your deleted message box. Go to Tools, Address Book, find the person's address and remove it.





And if you don't want the email address to keep popping up, why do you keep putting it in an email message?
