You are asking about something called ';diplomatic asylum';. It is extremely rare -- the last time it happened in Europe was with Cardinal Mindszenty in the US Embassy in Budapest, where he lived for 15 years from 1956-71.

Try the French, German, Danish, Netherlands or Belgian embassy nearest you, they are fairly lax on immigration and may be able to help you. If you come from one of their former colonies, your chances are even better.
