Is it easy to switch from clear contacts to colored ones?

i have been wearing contacts for 2-3 years and i have been thinking about getting ones that change my eye color. so is it easy to switch? and can i get prescription colored contacts? Is it easy to switch from clear contacts to colored ones?
It is easy to switch to colored lenses if you are a previous contact lenses wearer. Although some colored lenses run a little bit bigger in diameter, you should adapt fine to them. I will let you know that the comfort and the most oxygen permeable lenses would have to be the clear lenses instead of the colored ones. The colored lenses are great for show..but they arent the best for your eye health. You can get a prescription for colored lenses. I have tried both and I personally prefer the clear lenses. Is it easy to switch from clear contacts to colored ones?
I don't think the colored contacts would alter your sight in any way, and should be safe. The only problem I can think of is if you were somehow allergic to the coloring that was used to change the contact color. And you'd have to ask your optometrist about the prescription colored contacts, some doctors will write them and others won't.
there should be no difference. the color contacts will be a little bigger than your regular ones but it shouldnt be that big of a difference where it would bother you. and yes you can get them witha prescription.
no difference, if you notice, the center of the color Lens is clear, well that's where you get your images from, the color covers a non imaging area.
