I got the clear care contact solution in my eye and its very red. How do i get my eye to be white again ?

Okay i was going to put my contacts in and there was something on the lense so i rinsed it with the clear contact solution and immediately put it into my eye it was so painful i couldn't even open my eye but then i eventually did open my eye so my eye is so red how do i get it to be white again for tonight ??I got the clear care contact solution in my eye and its very red. How do i get my eye to be white again ?
You've used a peroxide solution on your eye which (as you now know) is very painful.





You need to rinse your eye copiously - with water is fine. And then rinse it some more.





Make sure you get under your lids too so there is no peroxide there which will continue to burn.





Once you've done that you just have to wait for your eye to recover. If it doesn't at least begin to feel better in a couple of hours seek professional help - you may need to be rinsed better or you may have damaged your eye.

Notice how the tip of the bottle is RED to warn you not to squirt the red tip towards your eye...rinsing the lens before wearing can be done with plain saline solution, but not Clear Care (or any other peroxide solution).





I would also recommend drying your hands either with a lint-free towel or by air-drying before handling your contacts (both putting in %26amp; removing) in order to avoid fuzz pieces/contaminants on the lenses.
nice job. clear care specifically says that you CANNOT put the solution in your eye! you have to put it in the bubbling container case and wait 6 hrs so the solutions becomes ';usable'; and able to put in your eye.





so... take out your contact and rinse your eye with cool water.


reclean the contact and put it in the case (you wont be able to wear them tonight) sorry.


to get rid of the redness; insert eye drops like crazy! visline A.C. helps.

All you can do is rinse the eye with cool water and wait it out.
