How do I clear the old entries that appear in the contact search bar?

I've looked everywhere for a button that will clear the names in the drop-down list, when you click on the contact search bar in yahoo messenger. Is there a way to delete the entries??How do I clear the old entries that appear in the contact search bar?

Go to your start menu and click on control panel. From there click on internet options. In your internet options you should click on delete history, delete cookies and delete files.
yes go to the control panel choose security center then internet options a smaller window will apper choose general and select delete all
