Clear contact shaped bump on eye?

I had pink eye two months ago, and it sort of went away. Then, something flew in my eye and it stung for a little while and hurt to open, for maybe 20 minutes. It got better but it was a lot more red. Two days after that, it seemed to be better and wasn't red, so I put in contacts.





When I removed my contacts, there was a bump-ish area where the contact had been. It was white and clear looking, it's just sort of a bump. Every now and then it gets reddish, and my other eye gets red, but I think my eyes are getting infected because of this clear bump.





It's been a little more than a month now. I haven't put in contacts for maybe three months, and it's getting ridiculous. I've been putting cool and warm compresses on my eye, and I think it's getting a little better but I am not sure. Does anyone know what this bump could be?





My eyes don't hurt or anything, there's just this clear bump.





And I am going to an eye doctor after Christmas to make sure, I am just anxious and would like to know what it is.
